One of my friends made a weird quest of me the other day. She said that her birthday was coming up and that she wanted me to get her an Excel 2010 training CD. Normally we get each other more personalized gifts, but she said this year that she couldn’t afford to do that. She asked me if I had any problem with this, and I said that I didn’t, which was totally true. If she wanted me to use the money for her gift on something more economical that she really needed, and that was exactly what I was going to do.
Immediately I went online and started searching for the best deals. Amazon had a pretty good price, but I was even lucky enough to find it even cheaper. Normally this isn’t the case, but with this particular software it seemed that many companies were offering good deals on it. I immediately purchased it and had it shipped directly to her apartment, so that she could start putting it to good use. Apparently she needed it for her freelance job, which was going to enable her to make a lot more money. And making money these days is a very good thing, because as we all know, the economy is in the doldrums.
