Claude Monet was the founder of the French impressionist painting period. Claude Monet paintings bring us into the world of nature and evoke feelings of piece in most of them. While he did many works in the early years, the ones that occurred after the death of his wife are the most famous. Many of the later Claude Monet paintings were of ponds and water lilies, something that seemed to fascinate him. His reflections of the water where awesome; with the Water Lilies, Poplars, and the Mornings of the Seine being some of his most known pieces.
Another artist who evokes major feelings and excitement in people is Salvador Dali. His pieces of art are featured in museums around the world and are extremely collectable by collectors of fine art. Dali paintings are interestingly weird and the more you look at his paintings the more objects you can find. Dali paintings include the Persistence of Memory, Swans Reflecting Elephants, and hundreds of more. Reproductions of Dali paintings can be found all around the world, including in the Dali Museums, which are located in several cities across the globe. While some may find the works disturbing, most are intrigued by the world inside Dali paintings.
